Ongoing Support - ÂŁPOA

 The vast majority of participants who complete our Intensive Coaching Programme leave with the tools and confidence to continue their journey independently. However, our Alumni Programme offers optional ongoing support for those who’d like to stay connected and benefit from continued accountability.

Weight Loss Support Options without The Rewrite

Bariatric Surgery

Just the bypass or sleeve alone 

Pros

✓ Requires less mental and emotional work up front

✓ Effective tool for rapid initial weight loss

Cons

✗ Up to 50% of patients regain weight within 2–5 years

✗ Doesn’t address “food noise” or emotional eating patterns

✗ Doesn’t resolve the underlying mental health issues linked to obesity

✗ Many people experience a decline in mental health post-surgery due to losing their main coping mechanism (food)

GLP-1 Medications 

Such as Ozempic or Mounjaro, alone

✗ Weight regain is common when medication is stopped

✗ Only results in an average of 10–15% weight loss

✗ Most therapists haven’t lived through obesity or bariatric surgery

✗ Takes years of weekly sessions to build momentum (in the meantime people often regain their weight)

✗ No structured nutrition or food support 

✗ No community—you’re doing it alone 

✗ Expensive long-term commitment
